Jaz founded Xotic Mushrooms out of Melbourne after a decade-long search for functional health solutions that actually worked. What started as a curiosity about fungi turned into a full-time obsession with cultivating the cleanest, most potent Lion's Mane in Australia.
He runs the day-to-day on the farm — substrate prep, climate, harvest, drying — and personally tastes and grades every batch before it leaves the facility.
