We ship across Australia and to the USA, Canada, the UK and Singapore. Express shipping is free on Australian orders of A$100+, and from US$150 (USA), £150 (UK), C$150 (Canada) and S$150 (Singapore). Below those amounts, a flat express rate in your currency is shown at checkout.
Yes, anytime.
We have a 30-day return policy: you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and come with proof of purchase. Email xoticmushrooms@gmail.com to start a return; items sent back without a return request are not accepted. Perishable food items and sale items can’t be returned. If your order arrives damaged, defective or wrong, contact us straight away. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Read the full refund policy.
